Orders are usually processed the same day if placed by 1pm ET. When finalizing an order, please ensure that you supplied the correct shipping adress as well as the correct billing adress as listed on the credit card. Below is a map of the shipping time once an item has left our facility.



Shipping
We ship standard Fed Ex Ground. You are able to calculate the shipping cost in step 1 of our shopping cart by using the shipping calculator before completing any sale. We currently ship to only the 48 contiguous United States and do not ship to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii.



Motor Freight
If an item directs the shipping to "Motor Freight" only, it is an oversized or fragile item that cannot ship Fedex Ground. On these items we strap the unit to a pallet and the trucking company will deliver directly to your house. We also offer free tailgate service when the item is delivered by Motor Frieght. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
We will accept the return of any order within 30 days of the origional receipt. A 20% restocking fee applies. We will not accept any return with out the customer first calling and setting up a Return Authorizatoin. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges of the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item, including shipping of the merchandise back to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will refund the original purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee. All items must be returned in the original packaging and condition.

How do you ship your items>
Unless specified differently, every item will ship FedEx Ground.

Why are some items designated 'Motor Freight'?
Any over sized or Fragile item such as a heating system or 2-stage snowblower must be shipped using 'Motor Freight'. Using our secure shopping cart, our website calculates real-time rates for Motor Freight directly to your front door. Our rates for trucking have residential and lift-gate service added in at no additional cost. Some New York Zip codes between (100-104 & 110-119) will apply a tariff of $80 and before shipment the customer will be contacted by our shipping department.

Why does PayPal give me an error code on an item that offers Free-Shipping?
PayPal requires a billing and a shipping address to process an order. When using the free-shipping method, it will not collect a bill-to address, thus rendering an error in PayPal.

How long will my item take to ship?
An order placed before 1pm ET will usually get processed the day business day.

I ordered the wrong item, what should I do?
Click on our 'Customer Service' link in our Header section and follow the Returns directions.

Can I hook up a Rinnai, Toyostove or Monitor Product with out using OEM parts and accessories?
We do not recommend the installation of any heating system or Hot Water Heater with out the original manufacturers parts and accessories.
