FedEx Ground Shipping

On any item that ships Fedex Ground we spend the time to repack each box to help ensure a safe delivery. With all the precautions taken, there are those few instances in which damage or hidden damage could happen to your item. Therefore, we require that each and every unit sold is inspected for any damage at the time of delivery. If, by chance an item is damaged, a refusal of item must be done immediately or if there is a damage claim, it must be filed within 24 hours. After a 24 hour time period has elapsed, we cannot be held responsible for any damage.

Motor Freight Shipping

Certain items being added to your shopping cart has an insignia stating "This item ships by Truck only." This icon usually applies to items that are oversized(2-Stage Snowblowers) or Fragile(Heating Systems). Our shipping department will handle your unit and securely strap the item to a pallet to allow the trucking company to use machines rather than brut force to handle your item. When recieving a shipment by truck, make sure that the item is still attached to the pallet, the number of items ordered are physically there and there is no damage. By our shipping contract the driver must wait for your to open your item upon delivery. In the rare occurance there is damage on a truck shipment a claim must be filed while the driver is at your shipment location! We cannot be held accountable for damage that is not denoted at time of delivery.
