Free Shipping

Power Equipment will ship Free to Commercial or Residential addresses. Free shipping does not include Lift Gate Service to help take unit off of the truck, and does not include these states (WA, CA, OR, ID, MT, NV, AZ, UT, CO, and NM). We do offer discounted shipping methods to those areas, which is usually around $150-200, please contact us first for a shipping quote. String Trimmers are not included in Free Shipping. Most Power Equipment units are shipped free by FedEx Ground or by FedEx Freight Shipping Service and designated at the time level by a "free shipping" icon. If you order an item, we will contact you if we do not ship it to your state! All orders for power equipment or heating systems must ship to the billing address listed on your credit card. Orders for items in stock are usually processed the same business day if ordered by 1pm EST. If an expedited shipping method is chosen for a Free Shipping item we will automatically change it to FedEx Ground rather than holding your order up.

If the Free Shipping item is designated to go by Motor Freight, Liftgate at delivery is optional. The liftgate charge for Motor Freight is $50.00 and is recommended for larger items that weigh over 100 lbs. or if you do not have a loading dock or forklift. Any item that ships by Motor Freight will be a curbside delivery and unless specified without liftgate!

Ground Shipping - Smaller Items and Accessories
Most of our items are shipped standard FedEx Ground. You are able to calculate the shipping cost in step 1 of our shopping cart by using the shipping calculator before completing any sale. We currently ship to only the 48 contiguous United States and do not ship to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii.

FedEx Freight Priority/Economy - Larger Power Equipment
If an item directs the shipping to "Motor Freight" only, it is an over sized or fragile item that cannot ship FedEx Ground. On these items we strap the unit to a pallet and the trucking company will deliver curbside. Tailgate service is available to homeowners who do not have a loading dock or a way to get an item off of the truck when the item is delivered by Motor Freight. Although you may find a nice truck driver who may assist you, they are not required to help lift a product off truck. If you are unsure whether to add in the tailgate service please contact us before placing your order. As a box is delivered, please check it out and if damaged a claim must be filed within 24 hours with the shipping company. If not, any damage done is not covered.
